Kaname's POV:
I was standing and watching all party goers have fun. Though something grabs my attention it was sight of silver-hair walking downstairs to the basement. Curious got the best of me and follow the haunting beauty. I kept my distance, so I won't fright the silver beauty. The only person I know that had that beautiful hair was my current and permanent lover Zero Kiryu, but the better question why is she down here?
Zero walk into alcove; I remind hidden.
"Do we have deal, Kiryu?" A voice spoke out as shadows surrounded her. That voice I recognize it; my eyes wide hearing that daunting voice. That voice reeking havocs in my daily life.
"RIDO," I shout now no longer caring that exposes myself to danger; Zero was in trouble. The shadow figurate to my master form he was supposed to be dead by the hands of my lover. I grab Zero's hand pulled her away from my master.
"Kaname, please," Zero begged as she try to free herself.
"What are you thinking?" I ask keeping distance between her and my master.
"I want your nightmare to stop; because I hated seeing you in pain." Zero explained as she tries her best not to cry.
"By making a deal with devil!" I shouted shaking her lightly.
"Please Kaname, this was my decision and my decision alone." Zero cried as she breaks free from my hold; as she walk up to Rido. He gave wick grin as sign of his win over me.
"Just sit back and watch, my dear Nephew." Stated Rido as he plunged his fangs into my beloved.
"Ahhh," Zero cried out in pain as tears rolled down her eyes. All I could do is watch in horror. Once the feeding was done he let go of her; before she hit the ground I caught her. She gave me warm smile and whisper "Be good boy for me." and when she closed her eyes she turn into sand.
"No, no, no, ZERO!" I cried as I hold the dress she was wearing.
"ZERO," I shouted as I lunched myself from my bed. I was back in my room the curtains drawn closed, and the clock rang noon. That meant Zero was on her lunch break from class. I ran out of the Moon Dorm not caring what I look like passing Ichijo who gave me concerning look, but I brush it off. I made it to Cross Academy's grounds. Head straight towards Headmaster Cross room. I burst into his room a little out of breath after running for my life.
"Cross, where's Zero?" I panted as I try regaining my composure.
"She's in her room sleeping off the sun." Cross answer as I ran to her room "Wait Kaname-kun,"
I made to her door and before I open it she opened the door and pulled me in. Lay me down on her bed as she lay next to me. I pulled her in closer.
"Same nightmare," Zero stated as I nod. I heard her gave soft sigh and pulled me in closer.
"It's okay, I'm here." She whispers as she kisses my forehead.
