Joy watched from the doorway as her enemy glared at her husband of two years.

"Don't do it, Nina." Fabian said her name softly, causing her to sob.

"Why not?! I see the way you two look at each other. Your romance isn't hidden. I see it with every little look between the two of you. Your genuine love has been transferred to her! So instead of us divorcing, why can't we just make this simpler? Either way, you still have the one you truly love."

"Nins, don't do this. You're still the only woman in the world for me. Please, I know you're hurting, but don't take your own life. I only love you." Joy heard the emotion in her friend's voice, worrying over the woman he loved so much.

She sobbed harder. "You don't. You never have. I'm not right for you, I'm actually worthless, Fabes."

"No, my beautiful Nina, never. You're a wonderful, stunning being. You're worth more than every diamond that will or has ever come into existence. You'll always be the most precious thing in the universe."

"You know that's not true! Think about this. You're in love with your best friend, you and I have no children and probably never will, we have no money, we're on the verge of getting kicked out and you're still faking love. Are you in denial, Fabian?"

"No! Nina, I'm in love with you, so deeply that I can't dig myself out. We can get ourselves jobs, a home. And if we never get our own babies, we can adopt them. You're the most important thing in my world, Nins, nobody else. You're the most precious and adorable thing ever."

Joy was feeling the vibes of love coming from them both. She knew that this was shredding her worst enemy and her best friend.

The woman glaring at her husband sliced through her wrist, so deeply that they saw the bone. Nina made another bone revealing cut and stabbed her own throat.

Nina dropped to the floor instantly, dying rapidly. With her last bit of strength, she pulled the knife free of her throat and shoved it through her heart. Seconds later, she'd bled out.

Fabian collapsed to his knees and sobbed. He'd loved her more than he loved anyone or anything else. She'd been the center of his universe. He kissed her pale face over, not caring about the blood.

She was the love of his life and he would never let go of her. She was his everything.
