Authors Note- Heya guys! This was a very random spur of the moment idea! Hope you like it!

He was sitting in the corner of the classroom. Not next to Bart as usual, but alone. Miss Krabappel droned on about something to do with History but he sat, daydreaming in the corner.

His whole world had crashed around him. Bart had been sent to juvy again. He stole a one-of-a-kind Itchy and Scratchy model from the Android's Dungeon last Saturday, and it was weeks until his release day.

Lisa had also started dating. Somehow, Milhouse always thought that he had a chance with her, a beautiful, intelligent girl like Lisa. But no, she had fallen for someone else. Someone cooler, older and popular. Someone like Nelson Muntz.

He had no idea how it had happened. One day Nelson was giving Bart wedgies, and the next, he's dating his sister. Milhouse couldn't focus properly on how it had started. He knew the facts, there in the back of his mind, but he couldn't bring himself to believe them. The girl of his dreams, gone.

He was only jerked back into reality as Miss Krabappel walked past to hand out the test papers. Great a Pop Quiz! Milhouse thought. Just what I need!

He absent-mindedly began to doodle on the test. All the time thinking of her. He spotted Nelson staring blankly at the paper, hatred burning up inside of him. He was nothing special. Milhouse tried to convince himself. He was just a bully. He didn't have looks, intelligence or anything. Yeah he was cool, but so what?

"What's this then Milhouse?" Miss Krabappel said. "Um…" Milhouse felt his legs turning to jelly. He hadn't answered any of the questions. The whole sheet of paper was filled with drawings and doodles and thoughts. All about the same person. Lisa.

"Looks like someone's got a bit of a love life! Ha!" Miss Krabappel said aloud to the class and began to read out quotes from Milhouse's test.

"Lisa is beautiful, clever, kind…" she read in a mocking voice. He felt his cheeks turning red as the class began to snigger at him. He saw Nelson's evil glare that seemed to say "I'm gonna get you…" as plainly as saying it aloud.

As Miss Krabappel stopped, her fun finally finished, the door swung open.

"Hello?" questioned a voice. "Oh," said Miss Krabappel "This is Rio, she's new. She's just transferred from Shelbyville Elementary. You can take the desk in the corner next to Milhouse." All heads turned as she walked past the desks to get to Milhouse. Her long, brown hair swayed as she walked and her eyes shone like the sun.

"Hi!" she said as she sat down next to Milhouse. "I'm Rio." "Milhouse." He replied turning to see who had just taken a seat beside him.

"Oh, Milhouse! Lisa was telling me about you, she told me to come to Springfield. There weren't nearly enough books in the Shelbyville library." She looked quizzically at Milhouse. "You know Lisa, right?"

Milhouse was entranced. "Lisa?" he said dreamily, "Who's Lisa?"
