He said he'd banish me to the far reaches of the world, then he married me.

He said he didn't want the avatar's help, now Aang is his advisor.

He said he didn't want kids, he plays with them more than I do.

He said he'd take a lover to spite me, but he comes to bed early every night.

He once told me that he would never touch me, but when the candles go out, it's all I can do to get him to stop.
