Many people use somewhat degrading suffixes with my name (i.e., "teme" "kun"). However, I have never, even when I was a small child and it would have been acceptable, had anyone (excluding my mother) call me by the name of Sasu-chan. Not only is that the most degrading and patronizing nickname I have ever acquired, it is also totally inappropriate. I have killed three members of Akatsuki by the age of sixteen, attained the Mangekyou Sharingan, and invented an S-rank ninjutsu. Do you really think that I still deserve the suffix chan? No. No, I do not.
And Suigetsu was wrong. I will not Chidori you six ways to next Sunday. I will Tsukuyomi you for one hundred and sixty-eight hours, then Kirin your ass into next December. This is a considerable threat, as it is currently the beginning of March.
Please bear this in mind when you address me in the future.

A/N: EDIT: When I first posted this, I got a few reviews, all good. I thought everything was pudding and rainbows, until one reviewer revealed something to me. You see, I had used a free online English-Japanese dictionary, and I needed a cute, somewhat degrading name for Itachi that his mother would call him. So, I typed in "sweetheart," and picked the first one that came up: kanojo. However, what this reviewer told me forced me to use "hachimitsu" (honey), which I'm not sure is even used as a term of endearment in Japanese. Unfortunately, I was forced to use it anyway because...
... "Kanojo" means "girlfriend."
So technically, I had found a degrading term for Itachi, just not in the sense I had intended.
