i Think They Kissed

Carly Shay was surrounded by seven of her friends in her Seattle apartment. She was having a sleepover. This particular sleepover later became known as the famous Bra Pudding Sleepover. It received that name because of a prank her best friend Sam pulled on one of their friends. Carly chewed nervously on a Swizzler as the girls around her began to question people about their secrets.

"So, who was your first kiss?" Torrine asked.

Carly let a quiet sigh of relief. She could handle the first kiss question.

Each girl answered the question, some giggling, some blushing, until it came to Sam.

Sam looked up from the chicken leg she was munching on and met twelve eyes staring expectantly at her.

"Huh?"

"Sam." Carly said.

"Did you not hear the question?"

"Eh….no…."Sam said slowly putting down the chicken leg. Carly shook her head at her best friend while Torrine repeated the question.

"Who was your first kiss?"

"Hey, Carls. I just thought of something we could do on iCarly….hello!" Freddie Benson said walking with his eyes glued to his laptop. When he looked up he saw seven pretty girls staring at him.

"Freddie! What are you doing here?" Carly exclaimed.

"You didn't tell me I couldn't come over. A guy can't hang out with two of his best friends?" Freddie plopped himself between Sam and Carly and put his arms around both of their shoulders. Carly, and everyone else for that matter, expected Sam to knock Freddie out for touching her. Yet all Sam did was resume eating her drumstick.

Ignoring Freddie's interruption Torrine once again repeated the question.

"So, who was your first kiss?" Torrine asked, impatient this time.

Sam and Freddie, who had both been reaching for the dip, froze.

Carly's critical gaze caught two things.

One: Freddie looked liked he wished he'd never came in.

Two: Sam had a very faint touch of color on her cheek.

One thought that went through Carly's head.

I think they kissed.
