A/N OK, this is probably not the best, but...it was just a little something I fixed up for a friend's birthday tomorrow :) (hope ya like it!) it's not beta-read, so...yeah. If you see any glaring errors, let me know and I'll edit. Review please, and concrit is appreaciated, even though...I'm not entirely happy with this...oh, well. Enjoy!
It was a very big day. Lovinio slipped into the room, closing the door carefully behind him but not latching it. He scolded Antonio for not straightening his tie, and fixed it for him, smoothing the lapel, keeping his hands on the other man's chest.
Antonio smiled his eternally cheerful smile and rushed off the shoulders of Lovinio's white jacket, keeping his arms wrapped loosely around the Italian's waist.
Said Italian (Not that he would ever admit it!) was fighting the urge to mirror Antonio's happy grin. Instead, he scowled and muttered "I'll never forgive you for this, bastard."
Antonio's smile only grew-he was becoming very skilled at reading Lovinio's true emotions, and could tell that he was happy-as he leaned close enough for their foreheads to touch. "Luckily for me, you'll have forever to rethink that now," he murmured, leaning in for a quick kiss. "Now get out! I'm not supposed to see you for another half-hour!" He put his hands on the Italian's shoulders, steering him towards the door.
"Antonio." Lovinio said impulsively, as he was all but pushed out the door
"Si?" The Spaniard replied, in his cheerful tone.
"Ti amo" Lovinio muttered.
A smile of pure happiness graced Antonio's face. He leaned in for another kiss, long and slow and sweet. It never ceased to amaze Antonio how his Lovi always tasted of tomatoes and sugar (a surprisingly delicious combo).
They only stopped because of a sudden bright blue light and the sound of swearing in Hungarian.
"Damn! Forgot to turn off the flash!"
However, the picture turned out quite well; eventually, it was agreed that it was the couple's favorite wedding picture, and was placed on the front of the album. Years later, they would flip through the pictures, and, if Lovinio was especially tired, he would lean against Antonio, closing his eyes. These moments were valued above all else, the moments that reminded them why they were in love.
A/N Ugh, short, impromptu one-shot is short...oh well. Hope ya liked it, birthday girl! Even though it's a day early, but...oh well! Ciao~!
