For a challenge on tumblr to write a three sentence fic for a pairing in an AU setting. Challenge was from fandomfocussed: Doctor and Sarah Jane. High school coffee shop AU. Could really be any Doctor, although I had the Fourth in mind when writing this, but you can imagine whomever you want.
I do not own Doctor Who, sadly, or a great many things would be canon, and a great many things wouldn't.
On a side note, this is my first finished and published Doctor Who fic!
Coffee Shop AU
The bustling little coffee shop was always busy at this hour, as frantic students in need of their early morning buzz dashed in and out by the dozens, but one of them was always sitting there, at their table, waiting for the other with a brilliant smile and a cup of their favourite tea.
"Oh Doctor, what would I do without you?" Sarah said, giving him a peck on the cheek and sliding into her seat in front of her favourite brew, while the Doctor just looked on and smiled.
It would always be the Doctor and his Sarah Jane.
