Life with Death
Beginning
My life, full with passion and commitment and loving care. With my boyfriend, how can I be incomplete? I got everything I wanted. I mean who wouldn't wish for a life like mine?
Clara Bell, an ordinary young youth, only 21 with her true love, so to speak, Andy Hendrickson, 22, starts out the movie by playing on the beach taking photos. There's rockin' music in the background as the photos click one by one on top of each other.
Boyfriend goes out on a trip to Chicago, Illinois, which leaves us with Clara as the main focus of the movie. She sits with her closest friends printing out her photos which she took on the beach with her boyfriend. They talk about girl stuff. Then they talk about high school. One of the girls pulls out an old high school yearbook.
Everyone leaves except for the yearbook. Two hours elapsed because she was looking through the yearbook detail by detail. Suddenly she gets a horrible headache. So she goes into her medicine cabinet and takes out a container of advil but it was empty. The headache grew with every step she took. This was horrible because she has to walk to the store for there she could get her advil.
Middle
She crosses the street but gets hit by a car, then gets rushed to the hospital. She was unconscious but as she awoken, she sees her boyfriend sitting next to her. Then they talk.
But that life or death situation makes her see the spiritual realm. Her boyfriend doesn't believe her and uses the phrase "you hit your head pretty hard."
She sees ghosts and spiritual beings left behind by the grim reaper. The ghosts act as if nothing happened to them but in a mounrful and silence way. As she gets dropped off by her boyfriend at her condo, she turns on the tv for comfort but when she does, the channel turns out white and static-like. She switches the channel but it was still the same.
She picks up the phone hoping to ask her boyfriend to come over and check out the tv but as she does that, a face appears on the screen. She is skeptical at first, telling herself that it is just her imagination, taking her boyfriend's phrase: "I've been hit pretty hard." But then the face starts to move, swaying side to side. She then drops the phone, making a big loud smash on the hard wooden floor; which in fact startles her and makes her switch her concentration from the tv to the phone. She looks at the tv once more but finds nothing. She searches the screen as if it were a puzzle-i-spy game. this scares her.
After a while of searching, she stops and goes back to the phone. But then with a glance at the screen, there came a face again. She screams and runs to the door. but then a ghost apears out of no where. Clara then runs to the phone but the face on the screen pops out and...
