"Nnnnnn….more….Yagami-kun…"
It came from nowhere. The voice that he knew so well it was almost his own.
"More… Yagami-kun…Yagami-kun…….Yagami-kun… are you awake?"
Raito's eyes snapped open to the overly bright light of the monitors. He blinked a few more times before rubbing his eyes.
"It seems you dozed off there, Yagami-kun." He looked to the right in between his hands.
Ryuzaki was looking at him with wide eyes and biting his thumb nail, as was his nature.
"Yeah, sorry about that, Ryuzaki." Raito brought his hands to the desk and focused on the computer.
"Not a problem, Yagami-kun. I know that we have been at this all day…" His eyes shifted to the digital clock on the computer screen.
"Let's go to sleep."
Raito looked back at him in surprise. "Are you sure?"
"Yes. You won't be any better if we continue this time of the night.."
"I think you mean morning…" Light thought to himself.
"Alright, we'll wash up and go to bed." L got up from his chair and started for the glass stairs.
Raito didn't get a chance to turn off the computer due to the fact that they were handcuffed together.
Where ever L went, Raito followed.
It was like this for a few days now. Raito would fall fast asleep in his chair. When it was late, and the rest of the task force had gone home. He would dream of the oddest things.
Of darkrooms, and of bed sheets.
And of L.
