A/N: First Rose/10 short, just start musing on how much 10 really loves Rose, I have ideas to continue this if I get a good response. Enjoy!

No Concept:

He'd taken her to see the twin Suns of Perdigon, two shining stars of the Orion Cluster; the heart of its beauty. He'd watch her for years, the wind sweeping his soft unruly brown hair, sand shifting between his feet lying on Constellos Beach.

'She has no concept of how much I love her', The Doctor thought. He turned to face her, laying on his side his head resting on his shoulder, watching her closed eyes. He could see them flutter beneath their lids, a single smile creeping on her face knowing he was watching her. He pulled out his hand and ushered away her tuft of blond billowing hair from Rose's face, sweeping her delicate human cheek. She laughed that pretty little laugh he loved as his fingers trailed to her chin. She opened her eyes to meet his nervous child grin that his look so cute.

'Stay close to me', his voice was a strong whisper in her ear as they sat up together. He held her in his arms, his brown pinstripe suit creasing around her fragile form. 'Forever', she replied, easing into his position. 'Forever', she thought again, watching the second sun set spiralling colours of red, yellow and orange across the sky. He held her tight, a countdown forming in his mind he planned it so carefully.

5…4…3…2…1…

The first spark crossed the sky, exploding into an array of green ribbons as it flew by the rising moon. Another red burst followed on the other side. Rose was taken aback; splashes of colour blazed the sky as a series of fireworks lit up the growing darkness. They watched the display in awe, showers of pink, purple and blue sparkles flowering the moonlit sky. The colours grew stronger as the first sun fell below the horizon. Rose turned to The Doctor, a thousand questions rising in her mind, but he answered them in one.

A small cheeky small grin tugging at his lips he placed an innocent kiss on her skin answering, 'I love you!'

He went on to explain, 'It's independence day for them. The day they made peace with the Quastins two hundred years ago. They're celebrating in the Citadel of Elianna'

'It's beautiful!' She smiled gazing into his liquidic crystal brown eyes; his ruffled hair glimmering in the dwindling sparks of light, the sand caught in the crease of his suit shone like diamonds reflecting the light. She held his hand, closed her eyes and pulled him in for a kiss.

The somewhat surprised Doctor opened his eyes, glimpsing behind Rose reading the message lit by the fireworks, 'Pro Elianna'. He smiled as he watched the TARDIS translate the words to English, 'For Rose.'

'Show off', the smug voice came from beside him, grinning as she noticed the sky. But that was much he loved her. He'd save an entire city, and almost die doing so just to name it Rose. She'd never know it, but because he'd always hoped for her to find a way to come back and he planned to take her straight here, without a doubt.
