Short one-shot. Phil/Lil, not incest. Just sibling love.
"Are you ready, Lil? It's almost seven o'clock..."
Phillip Deville said as he cast an impatient glance at his sister's bedroom door. "Come on..." He groaned. "Or you'll be late for your date..."
Lillian had a date tonight, with one of the jocks at her school and he was gonna drop her off at the restaurant the two planned to dine in. Lillian opened the door and smiled hugely. "So... How do I look?"
Phil examined her with hawklike precision. She was wearing a white blouse that, in his opinion, showed too much skin, a short bubble skirt in a soft brown, the diamond earrings their parents gave to her for her birthday, and pink flats. Her hair was down, her bangs pinned in place with purple glitter bobby pins. Phil nodded, then muttered "Wear a jacket, it's cold outside."
Lil giggled. "Oops... That's right." A minute later she came out wearing a brown cardigan. "Let's go..." He said gruffly and they went downstairs.
"We're finally here..."
Phil stopped the car. He and Lillian both went out. Lil hugged her brother tightly, then pulled back and smiled at him radiantly.
"Thanks for dropping me off, Phil."
"No problem.. But before you go..."
"Phil! Brad's waiting for me!"
They both glanced at the tall blodne standing by the restaurant. He caught their gaze and smiled and waved at them. Phil turned his attention back to his sister. "We'll talk or you'll go home." Lil pouted, folding her arms. Phil rolled his eyes. "It won't be long... I promise."
"Alright..." She said sulkily. "First of all, I want you home by nine." Lil nodded. "Okay..."
"And make he sure he doesn't touch you... And that you call me after you guys finish dinner. Make sure he drops you off at nine. And I mean nine, on the dot." Lil rolled her eyes. "You're acting a little bit like a -" Phil hugged her tight. "You're all grown up now, Lil. You're a pretty, smart girl. Any guy will want to... Do stuff to you. I don't mean he will, but... I don't want you to get hurt, is what I'm saying. You're all I've got left."
Lil knew what he meant. He had taken responsibility for Lil ever since their parents died in a car crash, when they were fifteen. Their aunt took them in, but she wasn't around a lot, too busy with her job. Lil sighed and patted her brother's back. "I won't get hurt, I promise. I'll be back by nine. I promise."
He's done so much for her, sacrificed girlfriends, dates, outings with friends just to take care of her. She owed him a lot. The least she could do was listen to him.
Phil pulled back. "You better..." He huffed, toughness back. "See you later, bro." She began to walk away. The stopped abruptly, turning around. "Phil?"
"Yeah?"
"Mom and dad would've have been proud of you."
Phil smiled. "They would've been proud of you, too, Lil. Have fun." Lil smiled and ran over to Brad. Phil smiled and went back inside his car.
