Lin smiled as he walked towards the production team's room; he had just passed by Anthony and Jasmine laughing together in a stairwell. He had hoped that everyone in the cast would be close to one another, and was glad to see what appeared to be a be a solid friendship between the two young actors. Humming to himself with a spring in his step, he continued on his way.

Oak was stealthily speed-walking towards his dressing room with five minutes before the opening number, cursing himself for forgetting his bandana. However, he froze when he saw what was happening through the open door of Anthony's dressing room. Jasmine was curled up against Anthony's chest, the two of them sharing a very narrow couch. Okay, this probably isn't what it seems, Oak reasoned, quickly moving out of view and peeking out from behind the doorway. After all, they're just really good frien—aw fuck it, they're probably secretly dating. He needed to make more observations.

Renée was sitting in her dressing room applying makeup for the show, when she noticed, in her mirror, Jasmine standing in the hallway holding Anthony's costume for the first song. Anthony strode towards her with a smirk, and pecked her on the lips before grabbing his clothes. Grinning, she took his hand and they passed out of sight. I swear to God, if that boy hurts her... Renée cringed inwardly at the complications such a fallout would result in, but was gleeful at the thought of the $10 that Oak now owed her for contributing to his o̶b̶s̶e̶r̶v̶a̶t̶i̶o̶n̶s̶ stalking of the couple, a venture which she realized she now fully supported.

Lin was still buzzing with the thrill of a successful show when he saw Anthony pressing Jasmine to a wall opposite the stage, just out of reach of the blinding lights. They were passionately kissing, and Lin gaped at his newfound OTP, as the kids say. He had no idea that they were in a relationship, and had only heard vague rumors from Oak about the eyewitness accounts he had collected. He would have stared at them in shock forever, until Pippa, who had followed him offstage, squealed in delight. "GUYS! THEY'RE MAKING OUT!" The rest of the ensemble stormed in, making similar high pitched screams as they saw Anthony shuffle away from Jasmine with red stains all over his face, both of them embarrassed beyond belief.
"I told you!" Oak shouted in victory, tossing a manila envelope to the ground filled with pictures of the pair and testimonials about their relationship.
"What the hell, Oak?" Jasmine said as she leaned down to sift through the papers.
"Hey!" Oak protested, shooing her away from his laminated pages. "First of all, don't bend the corners. Second, do you know how long I spent making this? Two months! And, in that time, I managed to get everyone in the company to ship you!" The crowd gathered behind him nodded, gazing in adoration at the couple.
Anthony coughed uncomfortably. "Well, that's great, but Jasmine and I would prefer our privacy, now that your, uh, suspicions are confirmed."
"Of course, of course." Lin said distractedly, plans racing through his mind. "Just let us know when the wedding is." The cast shrieked at the penultimate word, and began clamoring about who the best man and maid of honor would be.
Anthony and Jasmine swiftly made their escape, and rushed to the nearest safe haven, which happened to be Jasmine's dressing room. "So," Anthony gave her a cocky grin, and eased towards her. "Do you have any ideas as to what we should do now?".
"I'd say we have some unfinished business." Jasmine tugged him closer by the frills of his shirt.
"Is that so?" Anthony immediately captured her lips with his, both oblivious to the debate raging outside concerning the captain of their ship.
