Thoughts
"Speech"
Chelsea ran as faster than she had ever ran before but she could still hear the fast running and noises of her pursuers right behind her catching up closer and closer to her
Why? She should have died just now! How is she even moving?! Whatever! All I have to do is make it to the rendezvous point and the others will hold them off!
That was all she was thinking as she started running even faster than what she thought was possible. She then felt the tip of a spear suddenly graze her shoulder and that made her sneak a quick glance behind her.
Oh shit!
She could see the face of a white man carrying a long spear, running at breaknecking speeds while in the corner of her eyes, she could see a girl in cowboy clothing, carrying 2 revolvers in both her hands. Both had the same lifeless look in their eyes
NO! Not here!
She finally broke out of the forest and into a beautiful field, full of flowers blooming in the spring.

Suddenly, she had a sense to swing to her left and as soon as she did, a spear swung hard down right then. Then a shot rang out. She was suddenly knocked down as her chest exploded into blood and bits of her body parts.
So. this is it
She fell into a bed of flowers as the sky above her parted and showed a perfect blue sky.
I've done so much. Killed so many.
The man suddenly got on top of her and raised his spear high above his head and got ready to chop her head off. Chelsea slowly closed her eyes and started to accept her fate. But then, someone's smile flashed through her mind
Not yet. I still want to live.
Tatsumi
She suddenly threw her needles straight into the man and her Teigu exploded into a smoke screen but the shooter slowly took aim inside of the smoke screen as Kurome slowly emerged from the forest, rage in her eyes as she looked inside of the smokescreen
"She's going to die anyways. Kill her Natale!" Kurome ordered
Natale then pressed his spear hard into Chelsea's neck and severed the head from the rest of her body. He then brought the head to Kurome but something was off. She felt like the head she was holding never lived. Just then, out of the corner of her eyes, she saw a figure limping their way into the forest.
"She tricked us. Get her back here! I'm going to kill her slowly this time" Kurome growled
Chelsea knew that her trick would not hold up for too long. She only bought herself sometime and delayed her inevitable demise but she knew what she really wanted.
Tatsumi. Your naive view on the world. Your embarrassing little quirks. How loyal you are to all your friends. Your innocent smile.
Please, let me see you once more.
She suddenly convulsed even more blood as she was force to stop because a series of coughs forced her to crouch down. That ended up saving her life as there was a quick swing where her neck just been.
They really want me that bad huh?
Chelsea turned to see the man standing right in front of her with the cowgirl standing next to him. Chelsea then felt a breeze and her right hand was then sliced cleanly. She screamed in pain and tried to get up but the cowgirl shot both her legs and then held her up

Her eyes fogged as she slowly started to feel all the effects of having her blood dripping away. Then some blur danced across her eyes and she saw someone in armor standing above her in the forest but her vision was blurry and she couldn't make out who it was. She could vaguely hear sounds of of battle and steel on steel clinging in the background. Then the man picked her up and quietly whispered into her ear and say the words she had been waiting to hear.
"Its ok now. I'm here"
Chelsea gave a small smile but then she blacked out
Welcome to my AU on Akame Ga Kill. I always felt that Chelsea didn't deserve the fate she got and i decided to see if i could change it a bit so that she could live. Don't worry, i will have more coming up but it will take some time as it wasn't easy writing this because of how much I like to write so much but I find it hard to write interactions.
