So, that ape, Dean Winchester had finally got lucky in managing to kill him which, on the face of it, had been something of a setback; but even then, he'd managed to drag Winchester down to purgatory with him. The thought of that smug bastard spending eternity cowering in mortal fear of every creature he'd ever persecuted was a win of sorts.
That was until he met up with said Dean Winchester in Purgatory – and the stocky, bearded vampire with piercing blue eyes that stood beside him …
… and called him brother.
