A/N: well I was bored and wanted to type a short one-shot so here it goes. Oh yeah, please review and no flames.

Sasuke returned a few months ago and now it was winter; Christmas to be exact. Sasuke was in his apartment just lying on his bed and contemplating weather he should go to the Christmas party that was being held at Naruto's and Hinata's place.
He decided to make a pros and cons list in his head. Well, there were definitely going to be drinking there. That also meant drunken people. Mistletoes would be hanging around and that would give him a high risk of kissing someone he didn't want to. But when was the last time he went to a Christmas party?
Sasuke got up and went over to his desk to look at the picture that was sitting on it. The only picture he had on it was the picture of team 7. He ran his eyes over the picture. Sasuke's eyes lingered on the face of Sakura for a bit longer than it should have. 'This picture was taken so long ago…'
Besides that picture, he only had one more.
"If I go to the party, maybe I can get a few more pictures."
So on the way to the party Sasuke stopped by a local drug store to buy a camera.
The first thing Sasuke did when he got to the party was look for Sakura since Kakashi was no where in sight and Naruto was busy talking to Hinata.
When Sasuke found Sakura, he tapped her on the back and said "Smile."
Sakura was surprised but turned around anyway only to have Sasuke's lips land on her's and hear a beep.
After that Sasuke took the picture out (one of those instant Polaroid cameras) and to wait for it to dry. "Don't move Sakura," Sasuke told her, as if she would, she was shocked. After the picture was done developing and he was satisfied with it, he said "Merry Christmas and that was your present." With that Sasuke turned around and to look for more people to take pictures of.
Sasuke was smirking the entire time afterwards since he could get the look of Sakura's shocked face out his head and also for the fact that he did that. He was planning on getting a picture of Sakura but not one where he was kissing her.
The next thing he saw where two green orbs and a flash. "Lucky for me, I brought a camera along too so now we're even. Merry Christmas, Sasuke- kun."
