Julius Caesar...Was having a weird day...No, strike that. He was having a preposterous day!
One moment he's being betrayed and brutally stabbed to death by his allies...The next he's being reborn as a mere babe from a woman's womb! He barely had time to contemplate these strange and disturbing events when-
BOOM!
The hospital he was in was nearly destroyed by a giant nine tailed fox! Julius then watched amazed as a man perched on a giant toad rode forth and sealed the monster within another new-born babe!
Truly, I have gone mad...

This "rise of an empire" challenge was Inspired by Madhat886. A favorite author of mine! I don't care for how he portrays my faith, but I still recommend him!
AN: I know it says "in-progress" but really I just don't like boxing myself into a corner. For now this is more of a one-shot that I might continue one day...but probably won't.
