A/N: I started writing this when I was driving home (in my head) and finished it on my new computer. So this is the first thing I'm posting from my new powerhouse. It's a poem for my story Holiday. I tried to slowly reveal who the characters were, and no one is named. Just to annoy you. The hints are pretty big though. And this isn't specifically related to any certain point in my story.
Disclaimer: I don't own Star Ocean, or the characters of, or blah blah. I do own my OC's, and my other fic Holiday.
A Holiday Poem
He sits and he stares, watching me,
He knows what I'm thinking,
Those all-knowing eyes,
Penetrating, unblinking,
They see right through my head,
And know all that I think,
I hate it, can't stop it,
It pushes me to the brink,
He does it on purpose,
He says that I'll learn,
To guard my thoughts,
While I sit and I squirm,
There's no way I can stop him,
Every plan thought of is doomed,
I can't trick him with chocolate,
He has a stash in my room,
I guess I must learn,
He says I must prepare,
But now I'll do anything,
To get him out of my hair.
He sees me think this and smirks,
Before we can do anything more.
A person in pink and a very short skirt,
Walks through the door,
She starts to talk about things,
That the crew has all has done,
She blabs about the children and granddad,
Something they did was fun,
He listens to her and nods,
Now ignoring me, it's rude,
I hear of the blue head, the pilot and captain,
The red head and martial artist dude,
These newsflashes from her
Are mostly how I know,
What happens outside my room,
Explained in a dramatic show,
She doesn't give it to me
She explains it to him,
Because he shows his interest,
And mine appears dim,
But really I'm listening,
To her garbage talk and noise,
Secretly I'd listen forever,
Just to hear her sweet voice.
A/N: I just had to end it on a soppy note, it's a poem guys! Anyway, I hope to update Holiday soon, and do some other work, we'll see how it all works out. Anyway, REVIEW if you liked it.
