I had a dream last night and felt compelled to write it down...
All my life I've been overshadowed by Ahsoka Tano. Ever since we both arrived at the Temple on the same day and at the same age we've been enemies. I accidently tripped over a chair and crashed into her. It's a really stupid thing to be angry about, but try telling that to her. In training, she was always the first to master a skill so when I would do it nobody would be impressed. In our studies she would always get all As but I would Get A minuses. The only thing I would beat her at is swimming. It's where I feel safe and at home. When it all becomes too much for me I swim to the bottom of the green lake at the Temple and stay there until I calm down. I do it so much I can go 15 minutes without a breath as long as I slow down my heart rate. When we were both 14 the council decided to assign us to the same master. Those two instantly hit it off and forgot all about me. When they went on the mission to rescue Rotta the Hutt they forgot I was there and left me with the remaining clones. That happened on more missions than you would think. I have my own bed in the clone barracks on the Resolute. It's okay, though. The clones taught me about respect and all they knew about hand-to-hand combat. I'm most likely the only jedi that can shoot a bullseye from 300 yards away. The one time I ever exceeded Ahsoka was when the Council called everyone to a meeting. I bowed to the Masters and stood in the corner, letting the shadows encase me. Anakin and Ahsoka arrived soon after. The jedi council spoke to Anakin, "A padawan of yours has shown great respect and skill so we are letting her take the Trials." Anakin grinned proudly at Ahsoka then replied, "I'll help Ahsoka prepare."
"Ahsoka isn't the one I was speaking of. She still has a lot to learn. I meant your other Padawan."
"What are you talking about? I only have one padawan and that's Ahsoka."
"What about Willow, the girl in the corner of the room? She was assigned to you at the same time Padawan Tano was and nobody informed us of her changing masters."
"I don't know what you're talking about, I've never seen that girl in my life."
I stepped forewars and spoke to the Council, "Masters, Knight Skywalker never noticed me in all the years I was his apprentice. Whwn he would go on missions he would leave me behind and he never even spoke to me. I was raised by the clone troopers under his command."
A week later I had passed my trials and, for the first time, I was better than Ahsoka Tano.
