The strong Summer sun had long set over the quiet muggle village and the near full moon had taken it's place, casting an eerie glow over the rooftops. The shadows covered the narrow streets and it was these that he planned to take advantage of. A single out of place shadow moved across the rooftops as the owner made his way to the edge. His impossibly dark eyes scanned the street below for any signs of his companion who had yet to arrive. He lowered himself onto the edge, ensuring the fire escape sat below him in case he were to fall. That was the last thing he wanted, broken legs.

As he waited he couldn't help but seek some amusement within his memories. This wasn't the first time they had met late at night in the middle of nowhere, it was safest for them. Personally he would enjoy more comfortable surroundings, but their current arrangement would have to do. After all, he had no say in the matter if he wanted things to continue, they weren't on his terms. The first time they had met had been outside his home in one of the many alleyways in the neighbourhood. The meeting had been short and he had found himself alone all too quickly in his mind. Since then they had met almost every other day, so long as they weren't called away on business. If they were at home, they would make time.

He was suddenly brought out of his thoughts by the sound of footsteps echoing down the street. It was her. He carefully lowered himself onto the metal platform and made his way down the steep steps to stand in the centre of the road, his eyes watching the distinctly feminine figure approach. She stopped just in front of him, almost too close for comfort for anybody else. Neither spoke, neither had to. They knew why they were there and within a few swift seconds his body had hers pinned against the cold brick wall. The following actions were quick and rough, but left both satisfied. Slowly, he pulled away, she smirked at him as her chest rose and fell dramatically.

"Not too bad. I think you're losing your touch, though." She drawled as she smoothed out her dress and pulled her cloak tight around her body. Her dark curls had fallen into her face and he pushed them away for her after cleaning himself up.

"I still had you screaming, I must have been doing something that you liked. I do believe you woke up the residents." He couldn't help but smirk at her reaction. She simply rolled her eyes and drew her wand from her pocket, ready to apparate away. "Heading back to your husband already?" He teased. Her dark eyes flared with anger before they narrowed at him. She raised her wand to apprate away.

"Until next time, Snape." She said simply before disappearing with a loud crack. Severus smirked to himself and spoke to the spot where she had previously been. "Until next time, Bellatrix." Before the villagers came out to investigate the noises, he drew his own wand and dissapparated home.
