This... was really depressing, but in my defense, I was re-watching L die *sobs* I am officially calling these L oneshots my 'Grey Series'. Oh! I watched,
Watched with my own eyes as the light in his faded.
I cried,
Sobbing as they put him six feet under me.
I worked,
Making sure we'd find the killer.
I noticed,
Noticed the way he acted.
I tensed,
Getting ready to die.
I frowned,
Hearing as he confessed.
I ran,
Chasing him to his death.
I smiled,
Putting the bullet through his heart.
I watched,
Watched as Light Yagami died.
