To this day, many ask us what it was like to discover that we; Humanity, didn't bear the burden of existing alone in a universe big enough to carry the stars that gave life to the place we call home.

Many would say it was "Marvelous! A joyous discovery in the name of science, history, and Humanity." Others would've said that this was "Scary…Nerve-racking…. The truth of other life existing in the universe could mean that there are others that harbor an ill-will against Humanity."

Both are true in a way. No one had ever thought that this day would come. Some theorized that it could be possible. But no one knew it could happen.

Humanity as a whole was split and divided. Our "Alliances" was just a placeholder, a farce, a façade that we have driven into the minds of those who live behind walls and those who live beyond them, that Humanity works together to keep the peace our forefathers so clearly fought for in the Great War, but in truth, they only did what benefited them individually at the end of day.

That's how it's been.

That's how it's always been

Until the Terrans came, that is.

When they arrived, everything we knew changed both for the better.

And for the worst.

AN: This is just an idea I've been brewing for the past couple of months that I've decided to throw in onto a word doc. Like Terra Novus, chapter uploads will be sporadic at best.
