Four little misses and misters put a festival on trying to raise money but there's one problem!

Mr Silly was silly.

Little miss giggles had the giggles…all the time.

Mr happy never frowned and little miss naughty was never ever good.

There was a festival soon and these four was in charge.

Each was to have a booth and raise money.
