It's not that Turk doesn't see JD watching him. He does. Its hard not to when everywhere

they go someone always comments. It doesn't help that every time he turns around JD is

there staring at him with blank glassy eyes and fingers fluttering because he is seeing

something that no one else can. Turk can almost see it: Turk wearing feathers and

dancing around in some weird parody of a tribal dance that JD has only seen on Animal

Planet except that it was a monkey wearing feathers and dancing not a man. He tries not to

think abut how aware he is of what JD smells like: old spice that Turk had bought him

because JD had said that he wanted to feel a little manlier and with his pale spindly arms

it was pretty obvious to Turk that there wasn't nothing that would maybe Turk is a little too

aware of how JD sounds when he's panicking because he can't find Dr. Cox or when Turk

shows up half an hour late because he had to wait until Carla fell asleep before sneaking

off because she wants to spend some quality time with him and he knows that she is just a

little bit annoyed at how JD and Turk can communicate without words. Sometimes he feels

as though he's cheating on JD but that doesn't make any sense because although he loves JD

its only guy love between two guys and nothing more. But sometimes when he looks at JD

out of the corner of his eyes he sees a strange look in JD's eyes sad like someone kicked his

puppy. and he tries not to look into it any further because he's almost afraid of what he'll find.

And so he'll look JD in the eyes and swing his arms around his shoulders because when he

does the look disappears and if JD looks a little too guiless with eyes that used to be so open to him

then its only to be expected because they are getting older and things change, right?
