Even Dementors Grieve

Twenty. Twenty dementors have been destroyed. They are dead. Don't wizards and witches know that we are beings, too? Don't they know that we celebrate anniversaries of our dead too? Do they kill us for fun? Why are we not worthy of being free and living? Are we not all creatures gifted by Mother Magic? I am so angry…

The Dementors have gathered in the Graveyard. The Graveyard s situated on an island not that far away from Azkaban. There they let their dead sleep for eternity and there they remember their dead on their anniversaries.

Today was truly a sad day for it was the Death's day. The day when Dementors celebrated the anniversaries of all Dementors that had passed away. That was not the only reason for sadness for it was also the day on which they had to say their goodbye to another twenty Dementors.

Death was looking over her children who had to part ways with twenty dementors. She was angry as this wasn't the first time and it was the fault of that bastard Dumbledore. Why couldn't he leave them alone? Because of his meddling, her children had to align themselves with that madman that evaded her so many times already. Dumbledore wouldn't have been any better when she thought about it. On his side was that bratty kid that had evaded her…

Why couldn't mortals be what they were supposed to be, mortals? Couldn't' they be normal like muggles who never dared to evade her…

Dimitri was your usual Dementor in every sense of that word and in every sense of Ministry's characterisation of that creature's species but he had few problems. One of them was that he was very emotional so when his mother lost the battle against a Patroni he was pulled into mourning. His mourning was stronger than any other Dementor's.

Why did my mother have to be one of those twenty? Now, I will have to take her duty and go outside instead of staying where it is safe. What about my little sister? She is probably shattered because of it and that isn't good. I don't need her temper tantrums. Grah…

Shit! Can I change my post now? I so do not want to deal with tempered and emotional Dementors. Why had I been chosen for a leader again? They said, 'You are the best choice.' I do not remember agreeing with that sentence but nooo they had to put me and now I have to go for boring meetings but first the Graveyard so I can stop others from supporting Dimitri and his hellish sister in some kind of rebellion. I did not need this! Why can't I have another post? Like patrolling? Anyone wanna change with me?

Dementors grieve, Dementors think and yet they were excluded, ignored. Nobody cared about them. So what if some went away so they could be in eternal sleep? Why don't they care or think about them? Why do they think that Dementors do not possess any kind of emotion? Where did Dementors make a mistake? Maybe their greatest mistake was trusting people.
