Tooter Shelby is about to play snorkball until a person catched him, and thrown him away since he's not edible, and thrown to a silent man in a black jacket and cargo pants.
Tooter is scared of the person. Then he started to pet Tooter nicely. He introduces himself with his identity card. So his name is Claude.
Tooter is a little bit scared. but suddenly smile widely. Claude can't talk, but Claude knows how lovable Tooter is. So he decider to take Tooter back to Claude's safehouse.
Claude explained about how he loved Snorks when he was a kid using Speakonia (hence his voicebox is mute. Tooter was surprised that Claude enjoyed the show. He loves it when everyone thinks that Tooter is nice and cute. Tooter complimented Claude and hug him. Claude cooks Tooter's favourite meal. Claude is a bit bad of cooking but Tooter likes it anyway.
