Tomoyo doesn't need her mother's bodyguards anymore. She has Meiling. Meiling interferes with those who pull the moves on the sweet-voiced woman, or worse yet-- those who grab and try to pull her into dark alleys. Sometimes Meiling introduces herself confidently, then sinks into a battle stance and hears her opponent remark: "That stance... Chinese...?"
Most times she strikes like a tiger-- they don't even know what hit them.
