It was another day in Middleton. But it wasn't as happy and sunny as it usually was, it was raining. Actually it was pouring cats and dogs.
The teen hero was walking home from school with her best friend and boyfriend. They walked in silence for awhile until Kim spoke up, "Ron... I was thinking about us in the future..."
"KP what about the future?"
Kim looks at her friend wondering if she should tell him. She would tell Monique. Monique is one of Kim's best friends besides Ron. Kim and Monique have been talking about the future. Like marriage, kids, a family.
"Well, I've been thinking about us."
Ron looked at her. She thought she saw confusion and then hurt in those brown eyes of his.
"Kim... Y-your b-breaking up w-with me?"
She looked at him frustrated, "No! What I'm talking about us getting married, maybe... Even have a family..."
When he didn't answer she considered it would be best not to push him. So they continued walking in silence until they got to Kim's front door.
Kim knew her parents would be at work and the tweebs (Jim and Tim) would be at a friends house. So she had the house to herself.
It was still raining when they got to Kim's house. Kim stood looking at Ron.
"Ron, please, we need to talk about it. If we don't talk about it... It'll ruin us... You need to tell me how you feel."
He looked at her with sad eyes.
"Kim... I don't want get married or settle down. I don't want to deal with marriage. I just don't want to settle down yet. I don't think we should be together."
Kim looked at him. They have been dating for almost two years and he wanted to breakup? Why? "Ron, why?"
"I don't have feelings for you anymore. I like someone else. I... I like... Shego."
Kim felt anger boil up in her veins. "You what? Shego is our arch nemesis! Remember? Ron! You can't be falling for her. She tried to kill us once remember?"
Ron's face was redding now. "No. She is your arch nemesis not mine. We have been dating for awhile and well... I love her."
Those last three words stung Kim. Her boyfriend had fallen for her nemesis and has been cheating on her. She couldn't believe it.
"We can still be friends right?"
"Ron, no you betrayed me and cheated on me. Just leave."
He didn't move. He stood there like a soaking wet buffoon.
"Just leave!" Kim's voice cracked at the end. She watched her old lover leave. When he was out of her sight she sat down on the porch steps and started sobbing. She didn't care about the rain. Her cloths were already soaking wet. She was chilled to the bone but didn't care.
What the teen hero didn't notice was there was a certain monkey master nearby, watching her.
