Miranda doesn't like when she has no grip. That is the main reason she called Andy and bent over backwards to give her her job back. She wanted to be the one to fire her not get dumped on by some "smart fat girl". When Andy stepped into Miranda's office one evening, waiting for the book, she found that Miranda had came back. For what ever reason, Andy didn't know nor did she care. Miranda still treated her like a pest and Andy still loved her, but has had enough.

"Yes, Andrea?" Miranda didn't even look up. Her forehead was resting in her hand. Andrea still wondered how she got back in without notice. 'She must have come in when I was using the bathroom.' Andy thought.

"Don't mind me, I'm just getting everything ready for the run through tomorrow morning." Miranda looked sideways at Andy as she bustled about the room.

"I can't think with you in here making a mess... or what ever you're doing." Andy stopped and turned to face Miranda.

"I just have one thing to finish." Miranda stood sharply.

"Well, you'll have to do it later; after I'm gone." Andy was getting pissed. Miranda complains about not having competent help, yet when she tries to do her job Miranda prevents it.

"It won't take me, but a second." Andy was breathing slowly now to calm herself down. Miranda took a step forward.

"Andrea, get out..." Miranda never yells, Andy knows this. She never has to, her voice is chilly enough. Compelled, Andy did something she thought she could probably get killed for. Andy took the last few steps to Miranda and pressed her lips firmly to the older woman's. She was surprised to find Miranda cooperating. When she pulled away, Miranda groaned in protest.

"You can't always have you're way Miranda." Andy continued with her last task, leaving Miranda standing there stunned. Just before she was finished, Miranda, gently, pulled her near. She caressed Andy's waist and buried her fingers into the brunette's hair. Their lips brushed and Andy couldn't help but to whimper. Miranda immediately dropped Andy on her ass and stepped over her.

"Have you forgotten that I'm always in control, Andrea." With that Miranda walked out of her office, leaving all her unfinished work sitting on her desk and Andy in a heap.
