"AH!" Lillian shouted as she woke up to the sound of an alarm clock. She blinked. "Oh. It's just this." She turned it off and heaved herself out of bed. "G'morning, Teddy, Alice, Steele," she said smiling as she greeted her St. Bernard, cat, and husky. She quickly changed out of her nightgown and into her clothes, a yellow-orange gingham dress with brown knee-high boots and matching brown vest and a yellow bandana-thing tucked into her hair. She looked at her alarm clock. 6:30 AM. She got out some pet food from her storage bin and put it in the pet feeding bin. She grinned and went outside to get to work.

"WHAT HAPPENED TO MY CROPSSSSSSSS?" she screamed. She ran over to her corn crops. Or what was left of it. Lillian frowned as she remembered that today is Fall the 1st. She looked over at her soybeans. "At least they're all right," she murmured to herself. She walked over and quickly watered them. When she stopped, she heard her poor cow, Gretel, whine as she ran out of the barn and into the pasture, and same for her sheep, Marie. She heard the clucks and cries of her chicken, Ivee, too. Alice quickly dropped Ivee and ran over to join the two dogs who were already waiting in the pet playpen.

Lillian decided she would clear her dead crops when she came back later and ran over to the chicken coop and collected her egg after quickly running back over to her cow and sheep. She had sheared Marie only just yesterday, so she just milked Gretel and deposited the items in her rucksack. She quickly mounted her pony, Gale, and galloped into town.

It was now 7:30 as she arrived in town, and all was quiet. That was fine with her. It was Wednesday, and every shop was open on Wednesday, so they all needed to be prepared. After all, she was just here to check the request board, not to buy anything. She grinned as she saw a request from the local carpenter, Eileen, to expand the tunnel separating Bluebell from Konohana. "One step closer for having us be together in harmony again." She smiled. Today was the day Mikhail was supposed to return. She accepted the request and found there was nothing else she wanted to accept. She mounted Gale again and began to ride to the mountain, where they were supposed to meet again.
