A/N: Double drabble. 194 words (not including Author's Notes, but including the title). I like it, hope you will.
For SCaRoL, aloeart (go have a look at them! I Beta for aloeart) and Marta. Especially for them, but dedicated to all who read this (and dedicated twice to the readers of Our Happily Ever After, the next chapter's coming, I promise, I've sent it off to my Beta -sandybeach6th- and everything!)
Please read and review, I'm not used to writing serious fics and would like some sort of feedback, if you felt like tearing this short story to pieces.

The Moon

The full moon was shining overhead, but he couldn't see the beauty of the opalescent form. To him, the glowing orb was the source of all pain, of all malcontent.
The moon.
It mocked him from its place above him, reminding him that he would never have the wings to fly away from it, it would always be there, he couldn't escape it.
Sunset began his fears, forcing him away from the people he loved, from his warm home, and into submission, either by taking a potion, or by hiding far away from anyone he could hurt. He would turn back into his human state drained, exhausted and weak. Inside as well as out.
But even with the potion, life was not the same. He was still unable to stay in the house, as the foul thing was no guarantee.
And still the moon glittered on, shimmering in the otherwise dark sky, flaunting the power it had over him.
One day, one day, he vowed, he would get his revenge on it, even if for now he had to be patient, long-suffering, as all he could do was howl at the moon.
