Adrien sat outside of the hospital room with his four best friends and family members waiting for the delivery to go well.

" Wahhh..." The baby's cry thought the hospital causing the blonde to look up.

The nurse took the baby to him making Adrien smile " Congratulations its a girl!" She then frowned " But...I have bad news about your wife" She paused and took a breathe, it was hard to say this to patients but they had to know.

" There were some complications during her labor...She has internal bleeding. She's going to die very soon... She knew about these complications , but she also knew how much you loved this child. She loved this child as well that she was willing to sacrifice herself for her ." Adrien stood there shocked as did everyone else.

" C-Can w-we see h-her?" Adrien's mother cried as the nurse nodded. Adrien's mom took him by the arm , since he was still in shock. As they all entered the room together , they started to cry harder. Laying there was a kind long brown haired lady , that was soon gonna die.

" A-Adrien.." She whispered in pain , but painfully smiled. Adrien looked up at her as tears poured down. " Promise me that you will live a happy life for our daughter okay?..." Adrien nodded knowing that if he spoke that he would cry harder " O-One more thing...can you name our daughter...Mari please?.. " Adrien looked shock for a second , it was the nickname he gave to his best friend Marinette. He nodded and held her. Adrien didn't want to let go but her father and his mother wanted to speak to her to . When he let go it hurt him so bad , but he had to.

Lila looked at her mother-in-law and smiled , Emma ( ) looked at her and quickly walk up to her and hugged her.

" Emma...there are 8 letters in my room...I would like you to give one for of my daughters birthday. In these letters they have all my memories for my girl for that she can know that her mother will love her and ...that she wouldn't know what kind of person I was." She told her , this made Emma cry harder , she nodded and cried. Lila closed her eyes for a bit but then.

Everyone looked up at Lila and saw her pale and lifeless body . Adrien fell on the floor and cried his heart out when he saw his wife dead. Alya cried on Nino's shoulder , Nino just shook his head crying. Lila's father looked away as tears spilled , he couldn't look at his own daughters dead body. Emma comfort her own son as she knew the pain of losing someone they loved.
