Disclaimor: I own zip, except maybe the idea
A/N: If you read the other Elite four fic I wrote I guess you could say if you redid the ending of that a bit it would be this, but well, It wasn't meant to be.
I sit in the ball silently waiting, I wait a lot nowadays, Master fights less and less.
He used to bring me out for company, I was never out of his sight, but nowadays he mostly keeps me in
here, the other pokemon don't like it but I am used to it, I still long for freedom but it can't interfere with my
few battles. For I am the Dragon Master's Pokemon.
I feel his hand on my ball and strain to listen, Is there a fight? Or does he want to talk to me, confide in me
like he used to, I don't know so I'll wait and see, many pokemon are impatient when it comes to pokeballs but
I am almost used to it. For I am the Dragon Master's Pokemon.
I feel the odd sensation of one of the others being removed, he has changed his choice I can tell, and
aerodactyl flies proudly out onto the field. He is dealt heavy blows, I can tell form the other voices
excitement but I know he will not give up. For he is the Dragon Master's Pokemon.
The other pokemon is defeated, I can hear Aerodactyl's victory cry and I smile within. A hunger for battle is
filling me now and I can't wait for my turn, Aerodactyl always seems to do that to me, but I will wait. For I
am the Dragon Master's Pokemon.
Minutes tick by and I hear Aerodactyl cry out in defeat, he is returned by Master and my sister sent out.
She will fight harder then Aerodactyl has, and almost as hard as I shall. For we are the Dragon Master's
Pokemon.
Anger is heard out of the pokemon and Master is nervous, I can tell. My sister attacks with all she has but
the Challenger's pokemon is strong. I hear her screech in pain then sound no more, Master slackens slightly
but she isn't recalled and never again will be. But this is the way. For she was the Dragon Master's
Pokemon.
Master chooses my brother this time. He will be enraged and battle mindlessly but I hear his cry of victory.
The Challenger sends out yet something else, and Master seems afraid and saddened. But I know he will
not recall my brother. For he Is a Dragon Master's Pokemon.
My brother IS recalled soon after, and I feel him grip the cold sphere holding me within again. He says a few
words to the Challenger and then the tingling sensation of being released goes through my body. I look at
awe to the pokemon before me. Suicine, Her brilliant eyes clouded rips into my heart. I stand ready to battle
and defend Master even from the Goddess of Water. For I am the Dragon Master's Pokemon. And the last
chance to keep this thing from becoming a Pokemon Master.
