Andy McNally was asleep at the time. Most of the rookies had their days off because of holiday. She was dreaming of Sam Swarek and their wedding together. Andy was traveling down the alley, wearing a beautiful wedding dress. It wasn't until Luke Callaghan showed in her dream that she started to reconsider. Was Sam really meant for her, or was Luke? Sometimes that got to her a bit.

In the middle of her dream, someone had waked her up. With tired eyes, she was staring eye to eye with Sam. What was he doing there on her day off? "Sam, what are you doing here? You're supposed to be work!" she asked.

"We need all rookies at the station…NOW!" he told her urgently.

Andy was confused. "Why? What's wrong?"

"I'll explain on the way. C'mon!"

Andy got dressed really fast and sped out into drizzling rain to Sam's police cruiser. Sam turned on the engine and drove off in a hurry.

"Okay, you told me you'd notify me about what's going on right now! Tell me," Andy demanded.

Sam kept his eyes on the windshield as he talked. "A major psycho has been going through town, stealing children from all over."

"And can't you just go around asking for descriptions? Why do you need us?"

"That's the problem! No one knows what he looks like because he only comes when everyone's asleep. This may be so dangerous that we need to involve the others. Just don't try to get killed like when we were trying to bust some trafficking dude."

"Hey, that wasn't my fault! It's not my fault that I'm a bad liar!"

Sam smiled. "I just need to make sure you're safe."

Andy slumped down in her seat, and waited for them to the station.
