'How could this happen' the thought ran through my mind, Bella my sweet Bella was dead. I stood there dressed in black as I watched the coffin with the love of my eternal life being lowered down into the hole.
4 weeks before
Bella and I were washing her truck, 'I can't believe that you drive this piece of junk Bella' I shook my head in dismay 'I think it has a personality and I love it' she answered. I walked around the car opened the front door and climbed in. I wiped down the dash board in a quick such movement that I didn't realise that I turned off the parking brake with my elbow. I climb out of the red truck and onto the slop of the drive way I turned around to put my sponge back into the bucket then I turned back around as the car ran down my drive way. Bella had her back to it 'Bella watch out' I was about to ran but the truck already hit her scream pierced my ears. I just stood there watching the blood trickle down the drive way.
Bella was dead my sweet Bella was dead and I was to blame along with her bright red truck. DEAD
Now
I walked up the drive way to my home. Thinking about the funeral everyone was there and everyone was crying half way through I couldn't take much more and ran out of the church all the way to the house. I opened the front door ran to my room packed clothing, money and a set of keys ran to the garage and dove into the front seat of the car and drove. I didn't know where I was going but I just needed to get away.
10 years later
I walked down the streets of Sydney , Australia I looked blindly at the ground just wishing I was dead but before I could wish harder I had bumped into someone I looked up to say sorry but was stopped when I saw her face. She was beautiful, her piercing blue eyes, her blond silky hair and those sweet lips. I could feel that my mouth was open and quickly closed it; I just couldn't believe it I was in love.
'Hello my name is Edward Cullen' I put my hand out in front of me so I could shake hers; she took it and answered 'My name is Tenayah'. I just couldn't believe my luck because Bella was nothing compared to this perfect person in front of my very eyes. I read her mind and loved what was in it; she wasn't shallow like other teenager girls. Her eyes darted to my face and she drew her perfect smile 'but then something so unexpected was said 'you're a vampire aren't you' what the hell how does she know. All I could reply with was "ah...mmmn...W HAT THE HELL; HOW DID YOU KNOW THAT' I blurted out in a rush that people started to stare at me. ' come with me' she grabbed my hand and lead me away from the small crowd. She led me to a small cafe around the corner. She stopped in front of the door and said 'I'm a vampire to you know and my ability is simple but use full' I stopped her there and finished her sentence 'you can sense other vampires' I whispered 'pretty much, and you know I actually think you're really cute but I only met you about 20minutes ago but I have a sick sense' and with that we lock lips. And it was great I could finally kiss someone I loved and didn't have to worry about killing.
About 20 years after that
We were happy married and had moved backed with the Cullen's, we mostly forgot about Bella. And loved every moment we had together. Turned out she was a better driver then me anyways
