OLIVIA AND BASIL FIND GOLD!
Basil and Olivia were playing in the backyard at Basil's house. Suddenly, something shiny and yellow caught Olivia's eye. And guess what it was?
GOLD!!!
Olivia picked up the gold, and she felt it by tapping her hands against it. It felt soft, but hard. Basil came over, and he, too, felt the gold by tapping his hands against it.
Soon, all the other members of the Baker Street Family (Dr. Dawson, Cousin Timmy, Ratigan, Fidget, Mrs. Judson, Hiram Flaversham, Victoria, Baby Fuschia) came outside, and they all felt the gold by doing the same thing that Basil and Olivia did: tapping their hands against it. After feeling the gold, everyone gave whoops of delight, happy to find something rare in their backyard.
Olivia picked up the gold again, and she went back inside the house. The other members of the Baker Street Family soon followed her.
After going back inside the house, Ratigan asked, "What's that thing you have in your hands?"
Olivia replied, "It's gold! Me and Basil found it in the backyard."
Cousin Timmy asked, "Is that really gold?"
Olivia said, "Yes it is, Cousin Timmy!"
Hiram then said, "You really found something rare, Olivia!"
Olivia replied, "Thank you, Daddy!"
Basil asked, "Isn't it great that we found a rare element?"
"Yes," Olivia said. "Yes, it is!"
Dr. Dawson then asked, "Where the deuce did you find that gold?"
"In the backyard," Basil replied.
Baby Fuschia said, "Gold!"
"Yes, it is gold!" Victoria said.
Fidget said, "Dat gold must be really rare!"
Mrs. Judson looked at the clock. Then she said, "It's 3:30 now. Time to have lunch!"
And then everyone went to have lunch in the kitchen.
