Two households that lived in Verona

Which is not the same place as Cremona

When they fought in the city

It wasn't that pretty

Cause they had opposing personas

.

Romeo was a hopeless romantic

With some really extravagant antics

When he saw Juliet

Said she was a sunset

And his feelings for her were gigantic

.

Poor fated lovers those two

One a Capulet, one Montague

Cause their parents weren't friends

They both died in the end

Thus, they both bid this sad world adieu

Now I am terribly proud of this. It was a 9th grade English assignment (I got the best marks). Everyone else was whining about "A 15 line poem? How do I write a 15 line poem? This is torture!" It was rather amusing: they (my classmates) were all trying to be deep and I wrote a parody of the summary in three limericks. HA

Best English assignment ever (although it took me forever to work out that I couldn't pair Verona with Barcelona because Barcelona had to many syllables, and then it took me hours pouring over a map of Italy to find Cremona... gah)
