My head was overcrowd
With feelings I allowed
To enter my lonely heart
I felt so apart
From what happened on the start
And the thoughts of him stood
And wouldn't drift away like they should
Oh, how I wish he was safe
Whenever I saw a hawk
I sprang up with a start
Hoping he was there
Safe and sound, but he was not there
Oh, how I wish he was next to me
And never flee
But I learned from our human life
That there are many difficulties along the way
In which I would just crack up
Because he is an "it"
And someone I couldn't forget
If we were ever in a real relationship
And he did somehow flip
I think I'll be in pain
And probably go insane
So I told myself millions of times
"Go, concentrate on all your work
and create your future with happy-times,
but don't ruin your life because of a
relationship with a bird."
