The Notebook

Tifa found Cloud staring out the window at the raindrops trickling down, edging their way to the bottom of the windowpane.

"Hey…I've been looking for you," Tifa said, inching her way to his side. Cloud did not reply, but his intense gaze softened and a smile spread on the corners of his mouth, and Tifa swore that that was the biggest she had ever seen him smile, well, since Zack died, that is.

"Wow," she muttered under her breath.

"Huh?' Cloud turned from the window to face Tifa.

"Nothing, I was just….oh, never mind," Cloud's mako-blue eyes met Tifa's and for a moment she felt something, something deep inside, something that she had kept locked in her heart for a long time, spring out. Up her head went and before she knew it, their lips met and then--

BANG, BOOM! "What the!? He, she, Cloud, Tifa, huh?" Tifa turned to see Yuffie, sitting on the ground gaping with a full bag of popcorn.

"Um, well, lets um, hmmm, where should we start?" Cloud said embarrassedly.

"Maybe from the title? What am I watching…the Notebook?" Yuffie said without the least bit of sarcasm showing in her voice.

A/N Great, huh? My dear little sissy, Soclet, wrote this- and she has never played FF7 or CC, and she has only watched AC up to the beginning of the fight with Sephy- at least, that's what I turned it off at. She barely paid attention to the movie, but she scraped this together!

I am having her write a little A/N of her own:

TRA/N Yeah, really it is what she said I started this because I got so engaged in Small Princess's fanfiction LittleGirl,that I just had to write one of my own. People might kill me for saying this, but I think it is something about reading it and being able to picture the characters in my head that really helps me get into that storyline. That would explain my sister's comment, about me not paying much attention to the movie.

Thanks for reading and hope you enjoyed the story! (Even if all I know about these characters is what I've read in her fanfictions, not ever playing a game either)
