Chapter 1
I had a long dream.
In the dream there was a giant cage with stout metal poles, poured by copper juice, grown from the underground. The whole world was cut into pieces by the vertical railing. No end in sight for broad sea and sky, silver moonlight shined over the waves from the high. A shoal of giant fish leapt out the surface and splashed the spray hit the black cliffs, rocks cracked, cliffs ruined. The status of The God tied on the cross broken form the bottom, fall into the sea. Flame towered above the sky from an invisible place; wild winds blustered around my body. I craned my head to the sky in a roar, released a chilled blue breath, as if I can wake everyone up in the dream. The cold wall against my skin scratched up. A creak in the air high up from somewhere sounds like an epic Symphony.
The fragrance of white rose burst into my nasal cavity, like a gentle hand comforting my nerves softly. Open up my eyes and watching around, finding a pair of gentle blue deep eyes behind the desolate white flowers, as the pale face seems more like a paper doll.
Trying so hard to shift, but ended up with exhausting of my entail body. The light blue eyes blinked at my face, with the clear voice came. "Don't move Large Brain, smelling the flower and the fresh air."
"Large Brain ... that's my name? "I heard my voice hoarse as if metal scratches in my throat and felt like my lungs stuffed by a mass of burning sulfur.
The one who made that voice placed a stone to hold the bouquets, patted, ensure they would stay. She stood up before I saw a picture of her.
She is a skinny girl with black leather corset and pants, wrapped in a large cloak, brows frowned tight on her palm-like face.
"Come on, what did they feed you? Brainwashing or Emetic drugs? Or a large creature injection? "
"…"I'm wondering the logical in her question.
"Well, seems you really forget. What a tragedy, missed a wolf, a lynx, a bunch of sheep, finding nothing to eat, and what's in the end? Bleed. "She said in a gentle voice before stepped back and slapped palms. "Whatever, it's a great reunion!"
The rhythm of claps was beating faster. "Let me untie your shackles, let's go through the covenant made by blood again. Let's fight together side by side, till the life end and the blood dry."
Her hands split as she stopped clapping before the rapid growth of her whiten nails made them like fangs. After then, she suddenly punched as the Blue veins stood out on her exposed arm , nails draw a cross at the wrist, dripping blood spewed from the wound ,they jumped like a colorful elves' crazy dance.
Silent wind blew her cloak up, even the tiniest sounds in the world carried out almost at random. The sleeping pebbles on the ground trembled, half-yellow leaves back to the verdant green, vaguely human faces float up at her feet, infinity power from the depth continuity into my body.
Rising up her hands with the sticky blood dropping like hot metal in my face. The bouquet flooded by the dark red liquid in front of my face.
Not like a wind or a shack, I felt the strength waved as if there was a mountain on my shoulders had finally left. I stood up as she became smaller in my sight, but the smile on her face is exceptionally clear.
Air curtain fall apart around me as the air boiling, hot steam towered in the sky, grass under my feet faded and the ground cracked with fine particles of dirt rising around me.
I took a deep breath, shake the dust on my body off, craned the body to the sky and roared, as if a light grey smoke flows in the air. Navy blue spur stuck out in turn from the spine, the blood red scales opened slowly as the large bone wings spread behind.
Then I bent my neck ,head down ,staring at the little woman on the ground as blood filled with her feet . Blackness rushed into my head ,then I fainted.
