Sylar pinned Nathan to the wall telekinetically as he slowly raised his arm pointing his index finger at Nathan's forehead. He stared into the fearful eyes of the senator as he proceeded to scalp him. Suddenly a hand gripped onto his arm and an elbow came smashing into his face, followed by a sharp pain in the back of his head. He was then thrown by an invisible force across the suite. That hurt, thought Sylar as he slowly climbed out of the ruins of the grand piano. He looked up dumbfounded to findPeter Petrelli kneeling over his brother with tears in his eyes.
"Long time, no see, Peter…. I see that you've found my favorite power," said Sylar smirking as he pulled out a swiss army knife from the back of his head.
Peter stared with a look of confusion and anger. How had he done that? He had stuck a knife in the back of Sylar's head but he had merely regenerated.
"How'd you d-"
"Remember that off-switch that I've got at the back of my head?", Sylar asked playfully. "Well, I moved it… shape shifting…. you've gotta love it."
With a flick of his wrist, Peter used his new found telekinesis to safely drag Nathan's injured body out of the suite. He then locked the doors insuring that there was no way for Sylar to get to him. He then flicked his fingers toward Sylar's throat, attempting to telekinetically slit it, but Sylar quickly blocked this lame attempt. He then raised his hand and sent a bolt of blue electricity at Peter. Peter, caught off guard was thrown back by the high voltage onto a nearby dining table sending broken pieces of glass everywhere. He slowly pulled himself up, wiping the blood off of the wounds the glass had caused him. Sylar smirked and attempted to telekinetically grab him by the throat. But Peter blocked it and threw a nereby sofa at his foe.
"Shape-shifting you've got to love it"
Peter not knowing what to do, looked around the room. It was a mess. There was a smashed piano in the corner of the room next a large shattered window. There was debris of paper, wood, and glass everywhere. That was when the brilliant idea hit him. Glass. Peter, using telekinesis, lifted all the shattered pieces of glass in the room.
"Familiar?" Peter asked Sylar referring to a previous encounter the two had, a few years prior, when Sylar killed Peter by sending glass everywhere. There were sharp shards of glass around the room, all pointing at Sylar from all directions. Sylar screamed with agony, as thousands of shards of glass came from all directions, and pierced every inch of skin on his body. His eyes began gush with dark red blood. His entire body was soaked with his flesh and blood. And suddenly he stopped screaming, and he fell to the ground with out a sound. He was dead, for Peter had used the thousands of shards of glass to attack him, knowing that one of them would find Sylar's off switch.
