Authors Note: This is basically what I would say to the doctor if I could. It's my small tribute to him and writing it also makes me feel better.
The Ood raised its hands and the doctor began his painful journey towards the Tardis but then and odd light appeared and a crying girl was suddenly there.
The doctor blinked and was unable to think straight but the girl ran up to him and began to speak.
"Listen Doctor, I know you have no idea who I am but I just want to say you were brilliant. In a parallel universe where I come from there are a whole lot of people who think so too. Where I come from there are people who will always consider the tenth doctor to be the best of them all and they will never forget you. I also just want to say thanks, because I've changed watching you. You showed me something I could share with my family and you gave me a way to connect with a new friend. You've also made me laugh so many times, so thank you so much." She said smiling sadly.
"What's your name?" The Doctor asked hoarsely.
"I'm Sarah."
"Thank You, Sarah." He said.
Sarah then hugged him and helped him to the Tardis.
"Good luck." Sarah said stepping back with tears still streaming down her face and then she faded away.
