Chapter 1: October again
(A note from the author: I made this because I was inspired from tnbc crossovers with coraline. Jack and Coraline have no romantic relationship, just a friendly one. Also, Jack doesn't come in the story untill chapter 4, but I suggest you read the first few chapters to know what's going on. Please enjoy, and Happy Haloween! )
Two years have passed ever since the 'other world' incident. Pink Palace Apartments was now a happy town, although it was not over yet.
They rebuilt a wall in front of the little door so it wouldn't cause anyone any harm; especially Coraline.
Right now, Coraline was at Ms. Spink and Ms. Forceable's house with her parents for a visit. And both of the women wanted to tell them something important.
"So, there wil be a BIG event on the thirty-first." said Ms. Spink. "A BIG BIG BIG event." said Ms. Forceable. "What is it?" Coraline asked. "Haloween, dear! We want everyone in Pink Palace Apartments to have a Haloween party!" said Ms. Spink. "sounds like fun," said Coraline cheerfully.
"It will be!" said Ms. Forceable. "and everyone's invited!" "Can we trick or treat, too?" asked Wybie, who was also there. "Of course! You can go to everyone's houses to get candy if you'd like. Then when you're done, you can come back to the party! We'll all be there." said Ms. Spink. "Okay. See you guys! Thanks for the info!" said Coraline, who ran upstairs with Wybie. "Buh-bye, Caroline! Have fun!" Ms. Spink called. Coraline made an angry look when she called her Caroline.
They were out the door. "more tea?" Ms. Spink asked Coraline's parents.
...Outside, Coraline and Wybie were wandering around the garden. "I can't wait for Haloween to be coming up! I mean, the party and the candy." said Wybie. "and a big creepy monster sneaking up behind you! " Coraline jumped up behind him and said, "RAAAAWWR!" "AAAH!" Wybie pretended to scream. Coraline laughed. "oh yeah, real scary, Coraline." said Wybie. Coraline giggled, looking down at the ground.
Wybie, I know Haloween is sort of celebrating scary stuff, but I don't feel scared." "Why?" Wybie asked. "because the situation is over. And... my friends are with me." she looked up and smiled. Wybie smiled back. "The party will be fun. I can't wait!" said Wybie. "you said that before, Wybie." said Coraline. "oh. well then i'm looking forward to it." he walked away. Coraline smiled again, looking at the colorful leaves fall to the ground. She was ready for October again.
