Okay, another story of mine. For those of you wanting a visualization of Aeternarcha's dragon form, just look at the title picture.
Sometimes he (it, really, it didn't have a gender) wondered how long he had isolated himself in the vast expanse of the universe. Sometimes he wondered why he had isolated himself. Why stay here? It's so boring here, and there's no one to talk to. All he, Aeternarcha, The Universe Bending Dragon God, has done was watch time go by as kingdoms rise and fall, a three-way war being instigated, and some of the Dragons, his children, being sealed inside those infernal and accursed prisons that pathetic God calls 'Sacred Gears.' Aeternarcha still doesn't understand what's so sacred about them! They are nothing but prisons for the beings who deserve their freedom, but then again, God's religion was never about freedom. His followers were always the 'holier-than-thou' zealots, not to mention a bunch of self-righteous bigots. So what if you have the fragments of a supposed 'legendary weapon.'
Power is useless in the hands of someone who doesn't know how to use it.
But Aeternarcha's initial hatred skyrocketed when he had seen the events of the Holy Sword Project. Several innocent children dead and one survivor, all because they couldn't handle the rather minuscule power of a sword. They were only children for the love of all that is life!
And where was God when children were suffering?! Where was their precious Lord and Savior when children were killed?! It was simple, really.
God was dead.
Their supposed Almighty God was killed when he sealed the 666, the Apocalypse Beast, the Trihexa.
Aeternarcha didn't understand why God had felt the need to seal his children, but Aeternarcha had come to a decision.
"Well, time to pay the world a visit. I bet my sons and daughters will be happy to see me." a massive Western dragon with gold, front-facing eyes, curved horns, and an angled jaw with sharp teeth said as it glowed with an ethereal light before it faded.
Aeternarcha was now in the form of a human teen with short blonde hair and gleaming sapphire eyes, with the pupils in the form of draconian slits. He also had a muscular build for both strength and speed. Aeternarcha summoned a three-dimensional mirror of himself, thinking that he had done a relatively good job in the appearance of his human form. Satisfied, Aeternarcha surrounded himself in a golden liquid sphere before the liquid exploding, with Aeternarcha gone and the universe shaken.
Meanwhile, in the Underworld...
Sirzechs Lucifer sat upon his throne, his Queen and wife, Grayfia Lucifuge, stood by his side, each of them with solemn expressions as they looked over the arranged and unsigned marriage contract of Rias Gremory and Riser Phenex. Rias absolutely refused to be wed to a pompous brat like Riser, Sirzechs would happily admit that he would like nothing more than to dissolve this damnable marriage.
They were interrupted in their musings when they felt an absolutely colossal surge of power, Sirzechs and Grayfia's eyes widening in shock and horror at the sheer size of this power. It was nothing they had ever felt before. However, they were unable to pinpoint the source of said power, so they were content to wait for this sudden power to show itself.
Meanwhile, at the Grigori headquarters...
Azazel was situated in a great office, sifting through several documents. A female teen with silver hair and hazel eyes entered the room.
"You called for me, Azazel?" Valina Lucifer asked.
"The Excalibur fragments have been stolen, Kokabiel's doing. Heh, he's always been a troublemaker since birth." Azazel said, Valina was about to complain until both of them fell to their knees from the weight of a colossal power surge. Azazel felt frightened for a moment, but Valina looked worse. Valina was huddled in a corner of the room, holding her head in frantic confusion, her eyes dilating and shaking wildly as she took ragged breaths.
"Vali, are you okay?" Azazel asked, concerned for his student's well being.
(I-I have only felt that amount of power from one entity, and one alone!) The White Dragon Emperor, Albion, said as they pretty much tasted Albion's fear.
"Who?!" Azazel demanded, wanting to know just what entity had caused his student to act this way.
...
(... Father...) was what Albion muttered before severing his link to the outside world. Azazel held a confused expression.
"Father?"
Meanwhile, in Heaven...
The Archangel Michael and his sister, Gabriel, were each listening to a messenger about the fragments of Excalibur being stolen, with Kokabiel being the one responsible for the theft.
"I see, Kokabiel has always been a troublemaker since birth." Michael said, sighing. Suddenly, Michael and his sister, as well as his fellow angels, felt a massive power surge. Michael gasped as Gabriel fell to her knees, panting for breath, but bearing a horrified look.
"Sister Gabriel? Are you well?" Michael asked, concerned.
"I-I am... okay, for now..." Gabriel said, though still quite shaken.
However, each and every member of the Three Factions and others wondered just what was powerful enough to create such a surge.
But none were more affected than the Dragons, especially the Dragon Kings, the Heavenly Dragons, and even The Great Red. All of the above widening their eyes in shock, each of them not having felt this particular aura in many millennia. However, each and every Dragon in existence stared off in one direction and saying only one word.
"... Father..."
Now, the reason I am keeping this short is because this is an introductory chapter. I will be updating soon.
