He leaned down and placed his mouth a centimetre away from hers. "Then I will just have to go extra hard on you, won't I?"
"As temping as that is, love, I think I will keep you waiting." She placed a quick peck beside his mouth and pushed him away. Hopefully that didn't piss him off. That is something that would not be good right before the final rankings were placed.
Lacey, however, didn't see the look on Eric's face as she left the room. Amused. Possessive. The smirk and the look in his eyes that says he always gets what he wants. No matter what, she will be his.
