I do not own Teen Titans.

"COME ON! Doesn't this guy get tired?" Beastboy cried, changing back from his cheetah form. He was still gasping for breath when Cyborg caught up. He was panting to. The figure they were chasing stopped on a building just ahead of them. It turned, its black cape swaying in the wind. It's stare, a cold, icy blue glowed red. The figure then turned and vanished in to the darkness of the night.

"Titans! We have to follow him!" Robin called to the team as the figure disappeared.

"And how do you expect us to do thar? It's gone," Raven countered irritably.

Robin turned to the horizon and sighed.

They had been chasing a theif of the valuable Caronei Stone, a large gem with centuries of information and knowledge. It meant very little to people who didn't care for philosophy, but it did mean billions in the black market. The stone had been held at the Harrison Museum with some of the most advanced technology. No one knew who stole the Caronei Stone, or even how it was done!

"Where is Friend Robin?" Starfire asked the next morning.

"He went to the museum," Cyborg told her.

"He's being obsessive, as usual," Raven added, annoyed.

"What is –"

"Never mind," Raven said quickly, hoping to avoid another trial of explaing Earth to Starfire.

"I will go help Friend Robin."

"I'll come too. Anything to get away from these two," said Raven

"Hey!" Beastboy called from the kitchen. "AHHH!" He screamed as Raven caused the toaster to explode. "My toast...So hungry..."

Starfire and Raven landed on the roof where the theif disappeared. There was already a girl there, looking for something. When she saw the Titans, she ran. Raven ran faster. She jumped in to an alley and sped through the narrow catacombs. Raven pursued from the lookout of the rroftops. After a while, the girl ran into a dead end. As she turned to double back, Raven lept and landed right in front of her. She backed up, right in to a corner. Realizing that she had nowhere to go, she just glared at Raven, who glared back.

They were still glaring when Starfire caught up.

"What-" she was cut off by Raven's motion to be quiet. The girl Raven had just finished a staring contest with turned and stepped away from her corner. She sized up the wall that was the dead end. All of a sudden, she sped towards it. Approaching, she jumped and scaled it completely in a fraction of a second. She turned back, nodded, and jumped down to the other side.

"Who was that?"

"A telepath."

"How do you know?"
