''D'Void is probably resting. He will be easy to arrest for conquering the Null Void,'' Manny said to Helen and Pierce. His eyes remained on Pierce and Helen. Manny continued to walk in D'Void's citadel. He looked ahead. *At least D'Void's Null Guardians aren't in the hall* he thought.
Manny stepped into a large room. There was nothing but absolute darkness. Manny's eyes were wide after a baby cooed. *A baby Null Guardian?*
he thought. A grin formed at a snail's pace. *I'm in D'Void's chamber.*
Manny held two weapons while he stretched his other arms. *Other Null Guardians are probably in the chamber. There is one baby Null Guardian.

The baby cooed again.
Manny gasped while his eyes widened another time. He pulled a trigger before a laser emerged from one weapon. He shook his head in disbelief after a man sobbed. *D'Void!* Manny thought.
Helen and Pierce followed the sound. The latter placed D'Void's arms behind his back. Curiosity filled Helen's eyes. Helen stretched her arm before she gasped. She discovered why D'Void sobbed uncontrollably. Her fingers were still on one side of the deceased baby Null Guardian's body.
