The Legend of the Boy

A legend exists of a boy with a sword

Of a demon and dragon and world to behold

No wait, 'twas no demon or dragon at all

A confusing enigma was yet to befall

So okay let's start over with the boy and the sword

And the wonderful fate that only he could afford

Lets move forward shall we, if time will permit

To speak of his green tunic that did not want to fit

As he hustled and bustled to make it slide on

This gave Ganandorf plenty of time to respawn

And to gather an army of tremendous force

As the boy fixed his blonde hair and cleaned up his horse

And as Ganandorf spread his evil through the land

The boy gave Hyrule somewhat of a helping hand

From the chickens at Lon Lon to the collecting of Poes

To the visiting of Dampe and the songs that slayed foes

This tired boy angry finally traveled through time

By stealing the sword which clearly spelled crime

And the tunic grew with him or he stretched it too far

And this constricting of blood made him search for a bar

But the only damn bar he could find in the place

Served milk in mugs and he found it a waste

Instead he went in search of the princess in pink

But not before running back in for a drink

Feeling a buzz that only milk could offer

He felt so much bigger and stronger and buffer

He confronted Ganandorf with sword and shield

In the beautiful rose, tulip, and poppy fields

But agreeing together that it seemed quite obscene

And not fitting their characters or the actiony scene

They both walked together to a fiery chasm

But not before Ganandorf had a leg spasm

Link not wanting to cheat helped the dude out

Who was helplessly crying and wanting to shout

When everything seemed to be quite all right

That's really when they started to fight

And the hero in green slayed the villain in black

With a spellbound light sworded one stab attack

Sealed was the poor fellow in a dimension unknown

And the princess returned to her big lovely throne

And the boy returned through time back home

Then the stupid fairy left him all alone

So he quickly ran back to bed in a hurry

But he fell from the tree and the memory's now blurry
