She gets in again…at 4am

Yuna staggered into her room, sleep her only conscious thought. She collapsed onto the floor, her staff slipping from her hand.

Crawls into another sleep
She hadn't slept since her most recent sending. She hadn't slept since she'd seen the man she loved slip away in front of her.

Dreams of days again, remembers when, all these feelings she could keep
Her dream, the dream of the Fayth. Not just him…Auron and all of the citizens of Zanarkand, just one big dream

Another moment all alone
Alone…she would be alone for ever.

She sings into her radio
She knew the song, but listened to the thought invoking lyrics.

The song is fading she starts to cry
If only she knew were to go
She heard the melody and thought. Thought about his smile, his hair, and his perfectly blue eyes.
Don't you cry please don't cry 'cause I love you
Don't be sad don't look back I'm here for you
She began to cry even though the singer begged her not to.
So fall and I will catch you
So fall and I will catch you
He fell, fell away from her, leaving her heart broken. She began to sob; thinking about him was too harsh.
Let's go out again and take a walk
She pulled herself to her feet and dragged her reluctant body out of her hut. She picked her staff up on the way and used it for support.

I tell you what you mean to me
Always he had said…always. She was alone now and he had not been gone long.

You're an angel at least to me
If you could see what I can see
her tears left burning tracks on her face as the wind swept around her. She headed to the waterfall. It normally calmed her down, but she found a way to make it hurt, just like everything else.
Don't you cry please don't cry 'cause I love you
the rope bridge looked flimsy before she crossed it. Her staff clunked dully on the wood.
So fall and I will catch you
So fall and I will catch you
Her foot caught up in the rope, her staff clattered across the bridge as she fell.
So fall and I will catch you
So fall and I will catch you
The distance to the waiting rocks seemed bigger than ever, the spray just falling short of touching her face. She tried to stand, but to no avail
So fall and I will catch you

The rope holding her foot snapped, the bridge tilted horribly to the side. She screamed as she fell, but the sound was drowned out by the roar of the 'fall behind her.
So fall and I will catch you

She felt weightless, almost feather like as she fell into his arms. She looked at his ever-perfect smile, smiling herself.

"I caught you," he said.
