I don't own Ben 10 characters.

D'Void grinned during a battle with his enemies. ''I am going to be the final person you will see,'' he said to Helen and Manny with Pierce.
He watched as Pierce embraced his waist. D'Void held Manny and Helen far from his body. He saw many Null Guardians near his citadel. That was when he viewed Pierce with Manny and Helen again.

''Perhaps I will feed my pets right now,'' D'Void said. He glanced from Manny to Helen. ''Maybe I'll let my pets fly to you.'' D'Void faced Pierce. His grin stretched from ear to ear. ''I never forgot about you,'' he said.

Two Null Guardians flew to D'Void and the trio.

''Are you hungry?'' D'Void asked after he faced the Null Guardians. His smile remained as the Null Guardians screeched. He saw Helen with Pierce and Manny again. ''I will never be in a cell for conquering the Null Void.''

Manny revealed two weapons before he shot at D'Void. He heard the latter as he cried out due to lasers contacting his form. He and Helen were dropped at the same time. Manny watched while Pierce released D'Void. A smile appeared after D'Void winced. ''I am going to be the final one you see, D'Void.''

Scowling, D'Void faced Manny. Pain caused him to wince again. He was knocked back after Helen's tail struck him. *I'll end the girl's life first* he thought.

D'Void's eyes became wide after he heard a baby Null Guardian's cry. He faced the citadel for a moment. D'Void turned to the Null Guardians.
''Tear my enemies to shreds,'' he said. After wincing another time, D'Void ran into the citadel. *I'm not going to be alive much longer.*

D'Void entered his bedroom. A baby Null Guardian continued to cry in a crib. ''Daddy is here,'' D'Void muttered under his breath.
Wincing, he lifted the baby before he approached his bed. He fell on it. He continued to embrace his foster daughter.

''You are the last thing I see,'' D'Void said as he smiled. Tears of happiness ran down his face. He heard the baby while it cooed.
''The last sound I will hear.'' D'Void never released the Null Guardian. He focused on her before he closed his eyes and never opened them another time.

The End
